Our Retreat Program:Immerse yourself in a four-day retreat designed to nourish your body, mind, and soul. Our carefully crafted program includes daily yoga sessions, mindfulness meditation practices, nature excursions, and workshops to deepen your understanding of mindfulness and its benefits.
Day 1: Arrival and Orientation
- Morning: Welcome and check-in at the retreat center in Rishikesh.
- Afternoon: Orientation session, introduction to the retreat program, and meet-and-greet with fellow participants.
- Evening: Gentle yoga session focusing on relaxation and deep breathing techniques to unwind from travel stress. Dinner and free time to rest.
Day 2: Connect with Nature
- Morning: Â morning gentle yoga session , focusing on grounding and connecting with nature.
- Breakfast: Enjoy a nutritious meal with fresh fruits and herbal teas.
- Mid-morning: Guided nature walk/hike in the surrounding hills , incorporating mindfulness practices such as walking meditation and sensory awareness. or Yoga Nidra sessionsÂ
- Lunch: Healthy vegetarian meal prepared with locally sourced ingredients.
- Afternoon: Workshop on mindfulness meditation techniques and their benefits.
- Evening: Restorative yoga session focusing on deep relaxation and inner peace. Dinner followed by optional group meditation under the stars.
Day 3: Inner Exploration
- Morning: Pranayama (breathwork) session to enhance awareness and vitality.
- Breakfast: Savor a mindful breakfast, focusing on the flavors and textures of the food.
- Mid-morning: Group discussion or journaling session on personal mindfulness experiences and insights.
- Sound Healing sessions.

Day 4: Integration and Departure

- Breakfast: Farewell breakfast with sharing circle to reflect on the retreat experience.
- Mid-morning: Closing ceremony and group photo.
- Checkout: Pack your belongings and say goodbye to fellow participants and retreat facilitators.
- Departure: Transfer to the airport or onward journey with a heart full of mindfulness and rejuvenation.
