About the Course
SHUNYATA
11-Day Himalayan Silent Awakening Retreat
7 Days of Noble Silence
Hosted by Abhyasa YogmathGreen Hills Retreat | Pokhara, Nepal
"When the Himalayas become silent, the mind remembers its true nature."
SHUNYATA is a carefully guided inner journey rather than simply a silent retreat.
Instead of entering silence immediately, participants spend three days preparing the body, mind and nervous system through yoga, meditation, breathwork and conscious living.
On Day 4, Noble Silence (Mauna) begins and continues for seven transformative days.
The final day is devoted to reintegration, reflection and returning to daily life with clarity.
