General Daily Schedule

 

• 6:00 AM: Wake-up 

 

• 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Morning Guided Asana session.

 

• 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Light Breakfast

 

• 12:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Guided Meditation or Workshop

 

• 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch (Mindful Eating Practice)

 

• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Rest/Reflection 

 

• 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Tea/Group Discussion (Days 1–3 Only)

• 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Evening meditation 

 

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Prayers in temple /bhakti Yoga

 

• 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Dinner in silence 

 

• 9:30 PM: Lights Out
