  • Good morning. Welcome and check in at the retreat center in Rishikesh.
  • Afternoon: Orientation session, introduction to the retreat program, and meet-and-greet with fellow participants.
  • Evening: Gentle yoga session focusing on relaxation and deep breathing techniques to unwind from travel stress. Dinner and free time to rest.

Day 2: Connect with Nature
